Dry Cleaning Advisors strives to help clients increase profitability by discovering ways to increase revenue and decrease costs. We utilize more than 15 years of hands-on operating experience to help you implement technology that works toward reaching your profitability goals.
Site Visit- Our process begins with a site visit so that we can learn more about how your laundry and dry cleaning business operates. We will send you a pre-visit questionnaire to help us understand your objectives of the site visit. While on site, we will perform a technology audit to understand what current tools you are utilizing. During and after the visit, we will share with you other tools that are available to help your unique operation. In many cases, we can set up those tools for you while on site. Following the visit, we send you a summary report with recommendations for areas of improvement.
Monthly Retainer Program- Following a site visit, many clients wish to continue an ongoing relationship with Dry Cleaning Advisors. If so, we have a monthly retainer plan for business management consultant services.
Advisory Board Creation and Leadership- In addition to the monthly retainer program, we work individually to identify and create an advisory board for your business. We help you select experts specifically for dry cleaners based on your business goals and objectives. We organize and facilitate biannual meetings
